14-DAY RETURN POLICY

  • Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • Merchandise eligible for returns may be returned. A pre-paid return label is provided in every order. Should the pre-paid shipping label be used, a $10 shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for Dee Keller store credit only. The amount of the credit will be the current selling price of the items returned.

Footwear returns must be in the original condition. Dee Keller Designs does not accept returns for worn footwear.

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
